On-time & well spoken, and most importantly honest!
My compressor went on the fritz yesterday evening & I had NO A/C last night as we experience this recent heat wave of mid 90's with NO rain for weeks. Another HVAC contractor came out to give me a repair bid for over $1,600 to replace the compressor, the the defrost board, etc.
Well I called Luke at Viking Air this morning, and he was at my home in only an hour. Within minutes Luke successfully diagnosed the issue & had the compressor humming like new after 45 minutes.
The BEST part of the experience was the total cost of ONLY $89!!!
