Royal Inn Motel

For an older motel the rooms are nice and updated. No coffee pots in room but microwave and refrigerator. Nice beds and towels and everything works. Coffee is good in lobby in the morning and the owners are really nice. It is a little noisy if you get room by road but not bad.

A real value of a stay. My wife and I are just driving away so our memories of a good nights sleep on an excellent firm bed plus fluffy thick towels and lots of hot water in the shower are as freash as this road side gem. When we next travel to Orlando this will be where we over night! You always hope to get what you pay for, and here you get that and more. 5 star good basic no frill motel in Perry. Owners are on site and care about their guest. Rooms: Everything we were hoping to find. Large,well cared for , clean, safe, lots of parking, and good wifi with lots of TV channels... just a real bargain, we will return to on our next trip thru Perry when we just need a good night's sleep.

My husband and I reserved a room here on our way home.We had been traveling on lesser highways, not the interstates, and never had gone through this area before..We were pleasantly surprised by how well it was maintained. It is a solid, well constructed building of the 1950's vintage, and rooms have been lovingly restored and updated. It is definitely not your typical cookie cutter motel chain. I have never stayed at any motel or hotel as spotlessly clean as this. And our room was large and spacious. The owner/ manager was friendly and courteous, and we enjoyed our stay. If we travel to Florida again we will definitely plan on stopping here again!

We had a quick overnight here and stopped because of the reviews. We were not disappointed. Very clean and comfy. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Yes, the walls are thin, but thats not a deal breaker.
