    The lady at the front desk all of them are pretty cool I had a good experience I've been here for weeks now cuz I'm going through some things and they have been nothing more but helpful and grateful for them to even be working there and having a heart I have nothing but good to say about this place.

    The manager initially denied being the manager and is alternately refusing to speak to me or my local friend or telling us very obvious lies. I could not get into the first room that they assigned me because the key would not read. They reassigned me to another room, and I nearly left right away, but the attendant had been very difficult to deal with and I did not want to try to get a refund and find another place at nearly midnight, so I tried to make it work. It did not work. The door had to be manually lifted into the frame. The bathroom and the sheets were literally the only things that were clean - everything else was visibly smudged and dirty. There was a hole punched into the bathroom door. The pool was green. The whole room smelled musty and irritated my allergies so that I am still sick over a week later. I checked out first thing in the morning, and spoke to a woman who told me that she could refund the deposit, but a refund on the room would have to wait until the next day when the manager came in (this individual later proved to be the manager). The next day I received a partial refund, but when I attempted to follow up for information, I was given an epic runaround. I have attempted to contact them several times including an in person visit, and after I returned home, I have called them and my local friend has visited a couple more times, and they won't give either of us a straight answer about anything. I would have been content with an explanation when this started, but at this point, I'm tired of being lied to.

    The check in lady was wonderful and helpful. The room was not very clean , especially the bathroom. There were tiny roaches in the bathroom. When I woke up there were roaches crawling all over my bed Yuck!!! I told the clerk upon check out, she apologized but did not offer any discount Said they did have pest control coming but never saw any dead roaches. They are alive and well in this motel!! Now to go home and spray my luggage.

    Place is dirty. Heat dont work. Front desk said 2 oclock is too late in the afternoon to move rooms. No phone. Terrible service and quality.

    Worst experience of my 20+ years of traveling the country. Yep, all customers should be excited about crawling through this vent only to enter the room with roaches everywhere. No wonder they can't comp a night or two because they understand repeat business isn't happening. It's a "damb" sham chubby behind the counter, and she thinks treating all customers as scum just because the property is scum doesn't mean a professional might swing by here or there! EVERYONE AVOID this pathetic hotel!

We are sorry about your experience we have refunded your card but I hope you also understand why we couldn’t discuss your refund or any of the details with your friend you were sending to the hotel as he wasn’t registered guest . Our pool is closed for the time being and we checked the room, didn’t find any mold and it has been occupied since you left. Our sincere apologies again

You checked in last night and when you complained about the heater the maintenance checked the it was running all fine. You asked for extra blankets, it being 70degrees outside. The front desk offered to move you to different rooms but you didn’t want to and left for the day.

Dear Guest,We"re sorry for your unhappy experience at our hotel after staying with us for more than 2weeks to realize that the hotel is pathetic. The battery on the lock had died and that is the reason we had to let you in by removing the ac within 10 minutes and we apologize for that.
