They charge a computer fee for dropping a package off. And tape is 7$ expect to pay a exagerated fee for the friendly service

The workers were friendly however when I asked about dropping usps packages off I was simply told yes and she said she just needed to scan my packages to give me a receipt. It wasnt until all my packages were scanned I was told it was $13 ($1 fee per usps package) i thought i was just waiting for a receipt confirmation that they were scanned like at the post office. I couldnt find information of this fee on their website and when I quickly scanned the store before leaving I didnt see any signage about this either. I felt stupid taking them back so just paid and left. I had to pay for already labeled packages Ill drive 5 minutes down the road for USPS next time. I just came from Illinois and the pack and ship store there you didnt pay a fee like that. Not happy at all, but now I know to warn my friends that also own small businesses. Steer clear
