I'm on my fourth rescedule! The initial delivery date given was nov 2, rescheduled for the 3rd without Even contacting me. Never delivered. Tracking not updated for days so I finally find a number to call them. Rescheduled again for the 14th. Called back again now were here reschedule #4 Did I mention I ordered this for an event that has now passed! They showed no concern about my package being late in fact gave me attitude when I reference it. Posting to help people avoid lost of sanity.

This company is terrible!! Had a delivery date set and they called a few days before to cancel and reschedule which was frustrating, but things happen so I tried to be understanding. Set the next delivery date with a time frame of 7am - 9pm! Took the day off work only for them not to show up, call, text or email... nothing... nada!! This has to be hands down the absolute worst customer service ever!

The absolute worst freight company I have ever dealt with... They give you a window of 8am-2pm and the driver never shows. I called back and I was told they had a difficult delivery and that as soon as he was done they would be on their way to me. I was told if they weren't here by 4pm to call back. 4pm came and went, still no delivery. I called the office to get an answering machine. Next morning 0730 called the office again, I get, "I have to check into it and I will call you back." No call back, I called again at 0910 to get another person who says, "ya, I got your paperwork on my desk." He went onto say there was a bunch of items not delivered. "The best I can do is schedule you for delivery tomorrow, between 0800-1400." This person had no care in the world about the customer...
