Subway

Savanna just hung up on me on the phone because I was upset that she closed her store 25 minutes early and didnt have any bread available. Its sad when people dont care about their customers. And its even worse when they close the store 30 minutes earlier than its advertised. We drive 7 miles to get there. I never say this, but I hope Savanna gets fired because shes a terrible representative of the company.

This place usually has good subs however lately the bread has been a little hard and old not crispy and fresh . Fool me twice shame on me.

Today I went to this Subway only because I was in the Walmart shopping at around 2:40p.m.. This young guy walks in from his lunch break to help get the next one in line which was me but he went straight into putting on gloves after pulling the paper out to put my sub on. He also wiped his side then put on the gloves. I told him that I thought that he would wash his hands before making my sub since he just cam in from outside. He said I was going to do that:/. He then washed his hands and started with my order. They were out of most of what I asked for but I tried to keep going with my order. I was on about strike 5 and I has to leave without my food. They need to be shut down and he definitely need to be fired. Management needs to evaluate better.
