Called the post office talked to someone on Friday and said my piece of mail was there go up there and they lost it and can't find it smh and they never answer there phones.

Excellent US Post Office location. I have always had good customer service here. Convenient downtown location. They are very efficient here and keep the line always moving. They have all the boxes available for customers and the retail wall of supplies and cards for shipping. Alas, this Post Office location will close in late April 2024. They were only a tenant here, and I believe their lease expired with no renewal. They are consolidating with a location on Davis a few miles away.

I recently moved and a package of medical supplies got delivered to my extinct PO Box here. Ive called this location probably 10 times but nobody answers. I cant get ahold of anyone on the 1-800 number; it takes 15 minutes to navigate the insanely frustrating robot system and then after youve been on hold for another 15 minutes it just hangs up on you. Im done trying, Ill just pay a million dollars to get the package overnighted by UPS more on them later. But I spent 3 hours just trying to get ahold of someone so my package can be re-routed. Im a 10 hour drive away now so I cant just walk in and speak to the (shockingly wonderful) PO clerk who works at the desk there. (You know who you are - thank you kind sir!). USPS is just a nightmare, plain and simple. Everyone hates you but were all stuck with you. But I walked into UPS and they were so nice and quick and thorough I actually felt scared for a moment - like how can this be real life? After 41 years of h3ll dealing with USPS? It could have been so pleasant & easy the whole time and I didnt even know. Good luck on your future endeavors & goodbye forever. (Except the nice clerk. I pray you find an employer who deserves your phenomenal work ethic.)

This PO is THE WORST!! After mailing a time sensitive document in PLENTY of time for it to reach the destination it never arrived. So I then went through the trouble of reprinting the doc paying a notary AGAIN to get it notarized paid the money to send it certified mail, they lost it AGAIN. Really?? I finally sent it through UPS overnight which cost more $$. My vehicle renewal sticker was mailed out, never received it. Two graduation announcements mailed to me from family in other states never got either of them. I could go on and on. If I had a dollar for every piece of mail outgoing and incoming they have lost I could start my own mail service. Not even going to comment on the rude customer service.

Staff was so sweet, it wasnt too busy on monday morning. Lovely building, good location.
