        I recently reached out to Shenberger Plumbing for the required backflow test of my residential water connection. Robyn was excellent at setting up an appointment and keeping me updated with the status, including arrival time. They showed up and made quick work of the inspection, at a very fair price. Luckily I haven't had any plumbing problems, but when they arise, I will certainly reach out to Neal and Robyn first! Excellent experience!

        Out of any professional transaction I've ever experienced in my entire life, this is right down there in the bottom few. Would go into detail, but it was a few years back and over it. But damage to property, poor communication, rude staff, etc. The owners seemed very cordial and pleasant, though.
