UPDATE: This is an update from yesterday where the owner responded to my bad review saying to call him and he would remedy the problem “ASAP”, and that he thought I was mistaking his with another company. We called him and he refused to answer so we left a detailed voicemail and surprise! He won’t respond lol! I dug around and found the invoice and attached the pic to this review. So while I was mistaken on the cost, you will see this is in fact his company. Because of his shotty work we’ve had water under our house for six months and now have to pay another plumber to fix it and hope there was no permanent damage. Service: Drain unblocking

This guy came out to figure out why our kitchen drain wasn’t flowing. He ended up cutting our drain pipe outside and charged $400 to do so and just left it like that. He didn’t even wrap the hole or close with coupling… nothing just a gaping hole! So we’ve had standing water for six months and didn’t know it was going under the house. We called him a week and half ago to hire him to fix the problem and he won’t even return our call. Horrible quality and even worse customer service. Avoid this one!! Service: Drain unblocking

I had a busted water spigot on a Friday around noon, called around 4 or 5 pensacola plumbers and one of them referred me to First Class plumbing, it wasn't on the main page when I googled it but it definitely should've been. I told them my situation and they squeezed me in-between their jobs, they were not only quick, but they also explained to me why the water spigot gave out and showed me how to replace the one they put in, if this happens again. Highly recommend if you're ever in a pinch! Service: Pipe repair

I called about a clogged toilet and Joe was able to come the same day. I decided to have the toilet replaced and he came again in a few days. They have great customer service, are professional and have reasonable prices. I will be using them for any future needs and I highly recommend them.
