Zero stars . The RUDEST representatives, the worst communication time/wait times to hear back. They accepted both our personal out of pocket payment and the insurance's check to them (accidental, should have never paid them- we just didn't realize our insurance wasn't already applied before we paid our bill that came). Our Blue Cross insurance personally called them to see what was going on on our behalf, being that they had sent envision a check for the owed amount after insurance AND they had kept our payment (double paid), and they were rude to our insurance's rep. Our insurance rep told us to be prepared for these people to get ugly and do anything they could to keep the highest paid amount. We were told this case might have to be turned over to legal representation in order to correct this incident. Our insurance had long sent them the EOB and breakdown of what was owed and they sat and sat on two checks. AWFUL experience. We just recently got our long overdue refund for medical bills we shouldn't have ever had to pay, and this company took from us and showed zero urgency to correct mistakes. For a service we were billed for in September of last year, we just received a solution in Feb. of this year. BEWARE if you see a bill from this health service, and pay NOTHING to them until you make sure everything is correct on their end.

An absolutely predatory organization engaging in balance billing. They should be ashamed of themselves. Preying on financially destitute families to profit from their health issues. I wish I could give less then one star.
