Terrible Customer Service Experience with Brian Davidson I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Brian Davidson, and I must say, it was a thoroughly frustrating and disappointing experience. From start to finish, his customer service skills were abysmal. Firstly, his communication was lacking. He was unresponsive to emails and phone calls, leaving me in the dark regarding the status of my inquiries. When he did bother to respond, his tone was dismissive and unhelpful. Moreover, Brian showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. He seemed indifferent to my concerns and appeared more interested in brushing me off than resolving my issues. It felt like he couldn't care less about providing satisfactory service. To top it all off, Brian's attitude was downright rude. He spoke condescendingly and seemed irritated by my questions, making me feel like a nuisance rather than a valued customer. Overall, my experience with Brian Davidson was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against engaging with him for any customer service needs.

My experience with Wave was a great experience. I liked how each Dr. came and talked one on one with me and they asked questions and listen to you when you answered them and they gave their honest opinion with sound advice and knowledge about the course of action that I should do for my health and they wasn't trying to push a hard sale on me. I would recommend WAVES FOR MEN 100%
