        the worst bank Ive ever had the insufferable services at. Had a worker who did not want to do her job pretend to ask me identity questions and then cut the call because she claimed I didnt answer them accurately when she never even asked anything in the first place 2 minutes into the call. Another incident is then sending me a reissuing of the same card when I clearly stated I needed an entirely new card because of fraudulent activity. Now I have to wait close to a month total because of some dumb reps Mistakes just to have a new debit card. Take your money and go to another bank with better organization and services because penair will never be it
