    I went to Buckle in Cordova Mall on Friday, March 29th, 2024 and wasn't really in the best mood, however I was desperately needing some new and nicer jeans. I was greeted by Jessie, and when I say that Jessie was incredible and amazing, that is an understatement. She was so incredibly helpful, bringing me different pants to try so that I didn't have to keep coming out to look. I was just in awe at how attentive she was. I really appreciated everything she did, so great!

    My husband has always loved the comfort of these jeans but as the pictures show, the last two pair fell apart after a couple of wearing. The company refused to replace them because it was past their return policy. We bought them in June last year in TN but we live in FL so they werent worn until December. We will never purchase these jeans again! Customer service was terrible!

    The employees were nice but they were too busy trying to get people to buy things that no one came to check me out. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and eventually I just put my item back and left

    I bought a pair of jeans in November and wore them approximately 5 times and only washed it twice. It ripped in the waistline. After bringing it back to the store the store manager agreed to repair it. I received my repaired NEW jeans back. What a waste of money and time. The jeans cost $95 and ripped within a short period of time. Now I have a repaired jeans with a repair job that rubs against my skin. I could have taken the $95 and the extra two trips and spend it with my husband on date night.

    Let me start by saying CHRISTY is the most friendliest, patient manager Ive ever dealt with. I was on the fence about a pair of boots and after talking to her for just a few minutes, I knew i wasnt walking out of there without them. She made me feel so welcome and important. It was refreshing to be in a store of any kind and leave totally satisfied! Do. Not. Hesitate to shop at Buckle and ask for the store manager Christy!
