        The worst customer service and the employees dont speak English, been a member for so many years... By the time you're done dealing with this place you have nothing but anxiety and disappointment.

        I scheduled a curbside pickup for today and Bobby was a real gem. BJ's is lucky to have this guy. He's efficient, competent, friendly, and selfless. Finally, an employee that cares about the company he works for and not just about himself. So refreshing.

        I visited the store on 3/10 and used the self check out line. I was having issues with a plant that did not have a barcode to scan. The employee Carletha came over to assist me. The item that I was purchasing was an orchid, and did not have a barcode to scan. She offered to go and find the product that was on the other side of the store. She did it with a positive attitude. She was very friendly. She was glad to help. She was very polite and I really appreciate that. Should be really be recognized
