I went to three locations. At the last one in Plantation, I had a salesperson that knew how to fit a suite. At Aventura and Pembroke I dealt with people that knew absolutely nothing about clothing, tailoring, fit..... Had guys telling me how I needed no tailoring for jackets that looked rediculous because they were the wrong cut, wrong size, etc. I'm not sure if they were cutting grass or recapping shoe laces in the job they had before not knowing what they were doing in this setting/industry. There's apparently no minimum standards to be met in order to get a job at this company, and no training. "Unimpressive,.... Most unimpressive.. "

Has a decent amount of variety, but expected more. Probably because foot traffic is low and online shopping is the way to go. Also, this felt like a self service outlet. Was in the store for at least 15 minutes searching before I was offered help. There were only 1 other customer at the time and staff outnumbered us. I will presume that staff was lazy or preoccupied rathen than there's a preference for clientele of a particular appearance.

If youre looking for a suit and all the fixings, this is a great place to start. The staff were friendly and help me decide if I wanted to rent or purchase a suit. For the most part of the process was painless, there were a couple of gaps in service while I waited for the staff members to assist other customers. I started off with one older lady who worked at the front, she had a heavy accent, and didnt introduce herself, but was friendly and try to help me find the suit I was looking for. I was then handed off to an older gentleman by the Name of Amoury, which sounded a lot like Audi. He was professional and helpful and very friendly. My only frustration was I had asked several times to get my measurements and he kind of just blew me off and said you dont need the measurements. He told me that unless I was going to purchase a suit, they would not take my measurements. After that, I agreed to purchase a suit he took my measurements, and when I asked for my measurements, he once again reminded me that I did not need them. I think if you go to a mens suit store and ask for your measurements that should be a no-brainer versus the runaround. So overall a pretty good experience, the only bad taste in my mouth would be having sales people pass me from one to another and then having somebody there tell me I cant get my measurements
