        WORST experience ever!!! I arrived at the Quest Pembroke location in the Flamingo Marketplace and put my name on the walk-in waitlist. After waiting for some time, a rude worker informed everyone that no walk-in patients would be seen because they were at full capacity for appointments. She bluntly told us not to wait any longer as we would not be seen. It was frustrating and disappointing that they would accept walk-ins only to turn them away without even attempting to accommodate them.
