Dr. Coromoto Palermo

Don't eat!!!! NEVER!! Do not come!!! The doctor is good, she always treats us well, a good professional. But the assistants are rude, rude!!! I have never been treated worse in my life!!! They do not know how to deal with the public, to hide their inefficiency they tell falsehoods. They go to the extreme of hiding data to cover up their errors. Inefficient, with ignorance of the processes and rude. A lack of respect. A customer service course is what I recommend. It's a shame that Dr. Palermo has these types of people in her office. My recommendation, do not go to this office!!!!

Dr. Palermo is a very thoughtful Specialist and made an exhaustive check on my health. Finally I believe I am on the right track to care for my Diabetes

I spoke with someone named Danielle. EXTREMELY rude and not qualified to provide customer service. I simply and politely stated that as a current patient and having to reschedule an appointment and wait 3 months - WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION wasnt right. She said the doctors patient load was heavy. And respectfully I said then maybe the doctor is seeing too many patients if they cannot find time for their current patients. SHE SAID OH WOW OKAY WOW - Ill make sure youre a TOP PRIORITY very sarcastically. I asked if I were to expect a call and she said yes and hungup on me - as I was still Speaking. I called back and asked for her name and managers name and asked her why she hungup on me and she said she thought our conversation was over. WHO HIRES PEOPLE LIKE THIS??? Office Manager Barbara should be aware that her employee Danielle is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and as a current patient voicing a valid concern without an attitude or being disrespectful should never be dismissed or disrespected. Please hire mature adults to deal with patients.
