Dr. Villafranca is an excellent physician, who, despite being a specialist, observes and considers the *whole* patient. In fact, despite his focus on endocrinology, he identified a cardiac problem in me and sent me on my way to diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. I will be forever grateful to him. Dr. Villafranca is methodical and patient, and takes the time to answer one's questions in a thoughtful manner. His office staff is efficient and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

The rudest staff Jojo to start and the manager Barbara terrible these people must not have family the way they treat patients Dr is great unfortunately he probably doesn't even know how his patients are being treated we will be looking for another physician and before doing so will have a consult w.dr to let him know how RUDE HIS MANAGER AND JOJO ARE!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THEY NEED TO WORK AT LOCAL DUMP.

The Staff are very rude, when I ask por an appointment they gives you for the Next Year, and don't give you, for Labs Tests or Sonograms I can't wait for see him once time in every day because I have a Surgery of Tyrioids Cancer!! Impossible!!!! Tests nothing, I wait to see him once a year beco

Dr Villafranca and staff are amazing! This was a second opinion for my thyroid. My previous endo wanted to remove it and just had terrible bed side manner. Dr Villafranca is patient, kind and personable. I felt very included in my plan of care and am very confident in my condition going forward. The new office in Davie is clean and up to date. Front staff is amazing as well. Ive never waited a long time for my appointment. It might be hard initially to get in but once you become an established patient, its very organized. Im very shocked by the reviews as I have had a great experience and recommend him to family and friends.
