        After an extended search for a home, my clients and I visited a home in Cross Creek where a gentleman by the name of Ash Yassa was holding it open. Ash had shown us 3 William Ryan homes, all in different stages of development, it was obvious to me as well as the Buyers that this company was building a superior product than other Developers were offering. Within 2 or 3 days, my clients had themselves a fully executed contract to buy and are very excited about closing in July. Also, Ash was not your typical 1 and done type of representative, he has been following up with the Buyers as well as myself on a weekly basis.
