        When we walked into the sales office we were immediately met by Mr Joe Jones. We explained what we were looking for and the timeframe we were looking to move. Joe, without hesitation, knew exactly which homes we would like. Throughout the process Joe was informative, commutative, and extremely helpful. Every interaction with Joe from the first meeting to our closing date was always a pleasant experience. Joe Jones is an asset to Neal Communities. They are very lucky to have such a wonderful representative to the company!

        We were looking to possibly move to the Lakewood Ranch/Parrish area and looked at the Homes at Wildleaf at North River Ranch. Joe Jones was extremely helpful in showing us the community, amenities and available homes there. He was at all times professional in his approach and knowledge of the area. We would highly recommend Joe if you are searching for a home in Wildleaf. He is a definite asset to the Neal Communities sales team.

        My wife and I are exploring moving from South Carolina to Florida and we recently had an opportunity to visit Wildleaf at North River Ranch. We were met by Mr Joe Jones at the sales center. Mr Jones listened to our plans and inquired as to what we were looking for in our new home. He truly listened and then showed us examples of homes at Wildleaf that most nearly matched what we were looking for in our new home. Joe then showed us a couple of these homes on site that were under construction. He provided us with a list of homes that were soon to be available with projected completion dates. Before leaving Joe detailed all the plans for total development at North River Ranch and provided us with brochures, maps and pricing for models we were most interested in. A few days later Joe followed up with us to see how our search was progressing and invited us back to Wildleaf and to contact him if we had any questions. James Walker
