Great place, Jacob, Micah, and Cecil all went above and beyond. I had a very large, several thousand dollar contract drawn up and this company gave me all the time i needed to get the money, and once i did they were out and had the whole job done in less than 1 day. They were even helping me with things about my house that werent even related to my initial contract.

I called Parker Septic(on recommendations from my neighbors), set up a day/time, and the cost. Ken and Darien(called before they came)arrived early a little after 7am, and began pumping my old and big (1050 gallon) tank. It had never been cleaned in 27 years....They were very nice and answered all of my questions, and cleaned up afterwards.........I recommend this company..........great price and service. Thank you!

Garbage customer service. Overpriced for inspections and have become more corporate than family owned with the services they provide.

We contacted Parker Septic for a standard septic pump out. They came out and did the job but while doing so, broke our filter cap and cracked our T fitting. When re-sealing our tank lid.. their technician sprinkled some powdered cement and splashed some water on it and took a picture for it to appear "sealed" to his superiors..and then explained to us how we could fix it.. when he should have.. fast forward 1 week. Our yard is puddling up with sewage.. we make the Phone call and explain the issue and ask for someone to at least come out and check it out.. was immediately told that we probably needed a new septic tank by a receptionist that never saw the tank.. and was told we would receive a call back, we did, gave them my husbands number and he never received the call back.. I called every Monday for 2 more weeks and was told we would receive a call back and never did... a month later I make a call and am irritated at this point and was told the owner was made aware and I'd hear back from them. I still have not and just wanted someone to at least COME LOOK at the issue before we play the blame game of who's fault it is and could never get them out.. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend.. horrible communication and bad business...
