Called them first time today to clear outside septic tank line and they were prompt to help me as soon as possible and sent a tech today! The tech, Fred, was professional and very easy and polite to talk with about the problem! Excellent customer service, so will definitely call Mr. Rooter from now on!

We needed our septic tank pumped - called SEVERAL businesses locally and no one would answer or return our calls. The ones who would were booked out 3+ weeks. This place answered immediately and put us on their schedule 2 business days out with a window of 3-5pm. They called 20 minutes ahead of arrival just like they said they would and arrived ON TIME AT 3PM! Michael and Logan were our team and they were AWESOME. Michael was very professional and educated us on the process and walked us through (and showed patience as we stuck around to watch and learn!). Both were very friendly, hard workers. Michael even stuck around a little longer to help us find and dig out the clean-out access we didn't even know we had. For all future pump-outs and any plumbing issues, we'll be asking for this team every time. Highly recommend.
