        The curtains did not close so light came in from the pool even though we were on the 4th floor, the bed was very very hard.

      Hi Frederick - Thank you for leaving feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. Our city is working hard to rebuild from Hurricane Michael and unfortunately the mall has not seen improvements yet. I apologize for our hotel giving you the perception that we are understaffed because we are proudly fully staffed! While we are located in Panama City and not located in Panama City Beach, we are only 9 miles from Panama City Beach and their attractions. Panama City has plenty of fun and historical attractions to see in this city! We hope to welcome you back in the future!
