Great place for a long stay. Mattress could be firmer it hurts my back, but that's my only gripe. Great staff, good breakfast well located lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If you work from the hotel. The internet is very good.

ATTENTION I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS#1..Maricel Woodall (Management) Leona Jessie (Front Desk) All I have to say is that CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything. Even know it was obstacles that was out of control concerning hotel staff many blame those issues on the hotel. For example the elevator that is no reflection on the staff. How do they control a stopped up toilet or elevator? Many guests demand those issues and place them on the staff. Now my experience as a former front desk staff member. I know how stressful that some things are a act of nature, the toilet gets stopped up or the guest next door plays there music loud, the guest has 4 barking dogs all night. Communication is the key and respect works at high demands. Please understand that we all want respect and we should communicate respectfully if we have issues as guest. Thats what I did and this staff communicated professionally to ALL demands. Miss. Marvell Woodall is as beautiful as she looks and she went to her highest level to fix all issues and make my stay fair. She was very professional, I felt as if I knew her upon arrival she was very gracefully beautiful and accepting. After my experiences with the hotel the morning staff Miss. Leona was exceptionally great as well. May I say Marriot you have had the best of luck picking your staff to represent your hotel. They were all graceful and considerate and on my particular stay the elevator was out of order and we were handicapped. Now just image that??? This hotel made it right!!! Every issue we had the front desk staff was professional. Now what about all those negative reviews you may have read??? But my stay the front desk staff as compassionate, considerate, caring, and understanding. They knew my best friend was handicapped and adjusted to his needs as well as my own, now wasnt that most important? The staff accommodated all my needs during this time need. Again I greatest thanks to Maricel Woodall & Leona Jassop I am for what is fair and truthful. At the end of the day I read others reviews, but no one focused on handicapped needs or views. At the same Mrs. Marciel Woodall and Lenora and the end of the day focused on communication and results. This its my profession, I also think about judging each hotel and restaurant. I often ask myself would I have done??? This reflection was based on my family and what I expect from customer service and respect. Todays review reflects the wonderful young ladies I mentioned. Marriot can trust that I will not lead them wrong with my reviews it reflects my family and others. The review is based on me spending my money and time each property. At the end of the day all issues side. I would and will stay at this property again hands down, due to the customer service. Always remember that nothings perfect and communication is the key. I know for a fact Mrs. Maricel Woodall would professionally handle their customer issues to satisfy each and every customer. I feel that they take their job seriously and would not jeopardize their behavior based on the professionalism of Marriots criteria.

At least theyre consistent, consistently awful. Been here for a couple months now and House keeping absolutely sucks and does not clean, no matter how much you complain or ask. Literally have to get sheets to do my own bed and get towels and wash clothes because they dont even come in the rooms to leave any. The management has no care what so ever and does nothing about it. The management is almost as useless as the house keeping. The staff is just so horrific all around, every single one of them. Breakfast absolutely sucks. They never have coffee and when they do, its so gross youd rather just go without. I pray for anyone that does stay at this place bc it is just awful. Please do yourself a favor and just stay at the holiday inn down the road or just someplace different. And for the ones that do choose to stay here, GOD BLESS
