Burger King

Dining room was a mess, especially the beverage station, no ice in either machine, got ice from lady behind counter. Got my order wrong - I ordered a double whopper - got a single. Fries were room temperature. Also, over $14! Too bad it's so bad, I live close by and I usually like BK.

First time to Panama decided to get the kids breakfast and all 6 of our biscuits were hard. Mind you I made the order online....waited 15 mins for fresh biscuits and they looked and felt so hard. If I would have known they were that bad at the store I would have had them re do! Bad experience and waste of money

Horrible experience they have forgotten my order and others why I'm here waiting over 30 minutes outside in the drive thru I highly suggest to avoid this location at all cost. They made us pull up when no one was even behind us in the drive thru line only to be told they forgot about us when I went inside and asked what was going on with my food. Update: I'm 45 minutes into waiting on my food and it's still not ready so I'm leaving without my food and requesting a refund unfortunately I'm waiting for my refund as well because the employee said they have to go get a manager this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm about to just leave without my food and refund im waisting my day at burger king.

It took him a while to get me my food. And then my burger was cold. And I ordered extra cheese on my Whopper and they didn't put no cheese on my Whopper. The next time I'm over there in Panama City Beach I will not go to this Burger King to get Burger King meal I will go to Sonic instead because at least that Sonic they don't forget to put cheese on your burger.
