Hey Rachelle, this is Brian, the owner of Crush Nutrition. I normally would apologize if our shakes or service didn’t meet your expectations. However, I reviewed the video footage of your visit and also spoke with our team who was working the day you came in and it is clear that you were there to have a bad time. We serve thousands of customers every single month and receive consistent praise and great feedback. We guarantee every visit which means we do not want you to leave until you find a shake you love. We would go through our entire menu to ensure that you were satisfied or offer you a refund, which if your visit would have been that bad, we would’ve taken care of it 100%. Again, our video cameras clearly showed you were there trying to instigate. All 4 corners of our customer areas are under full time video and audio surveillance in case a situation such as this one arises. I take my business very seriously and very grateful of all our customers. I would not be using our audience to promote our neighbor Nutrition Club’s drive thru, as they know that is not allowable feature for our business model. To Blue House, we love and appreciate the service you provide to your customers, but trying to bully us will not get you to higher places.
