        Had a great experience from this Pearle Vision branch in PCB. Excellent service from Dr. Kennedy and Lucia who helped me with my glasses. Lucia is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I made a mistake of picking out the wrong lenses and when I called and talked to Lucia she was very nice in resolving the issue right away. The rest of the staff are very nice and friendly too. Thank you for the great service!

        I'm in Panama City on business and I broke my glasses. I can't do much of anything without my glasses. Tori went above and beyond to help me out of a jam, repaired my glasses from spare parts she was able to locate, and got me on my way in only a few minutes. I am so appreciative of her and this great service to a complete stranger in need. Thank you Tori!

        Customer service is always excellent! The girls who order my contacts frequently are so kind and always remember who I am when I call in and the doctors are so kind and compassionate and helpful. You dont find customer service like this anymore. There is never a long waiting room time and everyone is very knowledgeable at my location. I will continue to use my location as long as I can!
