I had an instillation for the jet black counter tops in my kitchen recently and could not be MORE satisfied with the final result!! Gabby in the front office was beyond helpful with everything! Could not recommend this company any more! If youre looking for professional, fast, and excellent customer service Multistone should be your first choice!!

I'm not one to hammer a person or a company on line, but I recommend that you read, and digest, the other 1 star ratings. You are going to find a COMMON THEME: Poor communication and coordination. They just REFUSE to listen to your comments or suggestions. I have repeated myself to them, in 3-4 different telephone calls. Very sad. I am guessing that they only stay in business because they discount their work for Home Depot, etc. I wish we'd never had to deal with them, but we made our order through Home Depot in Panama City Beach.

Very satisfied! Tracie & Gabby were very helpful and so nice. The installers done a wonderful job and we love our new countertops!!
