Wow a great customer experience died on this purchase. My sweetheart from Delaware ordered an edible arrangement online for delivery to me at my business address in Largo on Good Friday. The request was for a 10:30 am delivery because our office closed at noon for the Holiday. He wanted to treat us since we were not there for lunch. After a call from him at 10:45am to the vendor we received our gift at 11:45am. Most of my staff had already left the office. I spoke to the person that delivered the arrangement and said I understand you are the delivery person, however, this was an expected at 10:30 am. Her quick response was well we do not open til 11:30 am to which I responded then you had 2 choices - dont take the order and payment , or advise paying customer of the time you could deliver the item. she then had a quick snarky reply what you need to understand is we are very busy! Wow that was it for me - we are also in a service position and WHAT YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND . IS NOT OK!! AND I TOLD HER that. She turned around to leave and mocked me as she walked out of the store. Why do we deserve this behavior - we are the CUSTOMER!

and surprising my daughter for her birthday who was on vacation in Tarpon Springs. Thank you Palm Harbor!
