Today was girls day and we had a great time!
We were in the private cave and enjoyed it quite a bit.

This is a GEM! Really worth checking out! You can go to their website to learn about the benefits of salt therapy, and they also have ionic detox foot baths. I have had foot baths before, but this one really pulls out all kinds of toxins, more so than previous ones. The water was originally clear when I started! Lisa also did a great job of explaining the process and what she noticed periodically through the session. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. The prices are reasonable. They also have a small storefront with gemstones, salt products, and other natural health care items. Highly recommend!

My husband and I visited the Oceanair Palm Harbor Himalayan Salt Cave for the first time this week. We booked the private salt cave session and ionic foot detox. I wasn't sure what to expect as it is located in a busy strip mall, but when we got inside we were transported to a zen, relaxing space. The salt cave rooms are impressive, very relaxing and clean. You can choose from several audio tracks for your 45 min session. We chose the guided relaxation recommend by the manager. The private salt cave room has soft lighting, 0 gravity chairs and blankets so you can be completely comfortable during your session. The guided meditation was very relaxing and I would highly recommend. We loved this experience. We were then brought to another private room where our ionic foot baths were waiting. We were educated about the process and began our 30 minute detox journey. We sat in comfy chairs with soothing music and nature video scenes. The manager came in every few minutes to reheat the water in the foot bath. Great service and a nice touch. At the end of the foot bath the manager assessed the toxins in our foot bath water and explained what areas of the body they came from. Both sessions were very relaxing and enjoyable. Before we left we looked at all of the very interesting and quality merchandise available. Definitely leave a little time to browse. The manager was very professional, informative and attentive...overall we had a great time and would recommend giving it a try.
