        Front desk was great,friendly and attentive the techs and dentist were nice. The billing lady sat down and gave me prices and help me set up a care credit to cover what my insurance didnt. All this happened at the Palm Harbor location on 10/6/23 fast forward to today 4/8/24 I get bill in mail for 298.20 that supposedly my insurance didnt cover. Called and was told that I was given estimates and that because its passed 100 days that the bill cannot be added to the care credit. It took them 6 months for them to figure insurance didnt cover. I dont think so. Dont go there. They done something similar to my coworker that goes to other location in her case took then even longer than 6 months. They get you in the door and then they screw you.

        This facility is the best , Renee is amazing, they treat you with real care, and the dentist and his helpers are the best , and the quality of the work is incredible with a great price . I totally recommend this location , because they have the best professionals.
