Verizon

Very poor management with low class customer service skills, needed help with an issue, woman manager said I can't help with that. When I mentioned I worked for Verizon before and we had a channel support number we could use that helped with these type of issues, her reply was "we don't have those magic numbers anymore". So my issue hasn't been resolved. This is what happens when greed takes over a company seen it many times before. I actually wanted to work part time again with Verizon to keep busy. Not anymore!!! customer service, particularly in retail with this company has hit toilet level. My advice, use another company, TracFone's customer service over the phone shows way more integrity and class. FYI. Peace to all.

Don't buy any phone from this store. The manager is a great liar. He is a liar and cheats. He promise you to sell but after that you will not get any promotion and have to pay way more than the promises fees. Don't buy from here and there is no support at all. Better go another company who treat customer well.

Stopped by Saturday for the special Verizon was running with the new Iphone 15 Pros upgrade. I was planning on upgrading my Iphone Pro 13 and picking up a new phone for my son. I was greeted right away an put in their system. I was told to wait. I had patiently waited as I had seen the consultants were helping guests. I had waited until one was done. Low and behold, they walked passed me to help someone who came after me. No process was explained, no updates, just a random we don't care mentality. Another salesperson came and joked around with the lady who checked us in. Where was he, hiding in the back? Don't waste your time here. They don't care. I walked out and headed to the Verizon on Belcher Rd N and E Bay Drive. Boy, night and day difference. We were greeted, taken care of right away with our needs. We walked out with two phones and two new lines. WE've have been with Verizon for over 15 years. WE are loyal customers and stay with a company that has been proven and have good customer service. This location is a country club. They dont care about customers. Don't buy here, there are better stores, trust me.
