I have been stopping here for years always a good experience until recently. I felt unwelcomed by the manager, Derek, and when purchasing a game my name came up and he started to mock my name and tell me how terrible of a name it is...... super unprofessional and wasn't a great experience. I will definitely not be recommending this game stop to others.

Last few times I have gone in there has been promotions being promoted around the store that where not honored when I got to the register.
Please remove the posted sales before you open if they are no longer active.
