Amazing Experience; Today was my first time in Bucherer. I was completely blown away by the layout and the vast selection of jewelery. My watch professional was Michael Faulhaber, who provided exemplary service in regards to Rolex. He provided me with his undivided attention and answered all of my questions. People like him elevate the brand beyond the standard luxury experience. If youre in the area and have an appreciation for horology and what Rolex symbolizes, look no further.

I cannot say enough great things about Bucherer Palm Beach. After years of debate, I finally decided to purchase my first Rolex. I had visited and been placed on the wait list for many months at three other Rolex dealers. During a regular visit to Palm Beach, I decided to visit this location - and I am glad that I did! I was greeted immediately by Eileen who was extremely friendly. She placed me on their waiting list, but was consistent with communication. After just a few short weeks, I got the call from her that the watch I wanted was available! She was wonderful through the entire process and I cannot say enough great things about the experience.

Cant say enough great things about Eileen. After a long time talking to other sales reps at other stores and getting pushed around I stumbled upon Eileen, extremely professional, treated me nicely from the first phone call and had made my self and my wife very happy with our new timepieces. will continue to recommend her and look forward to doing more business with her and Michael.
