        WOW! I called and spoke to Christine on the phone to inquire about having my watch battery changed. She was very nice on the phone and said I can stop by and they could take care of it. I got there and spoke to Christine at the entrance and told her I had 2 non-luxury watches to get fixed. She took them and within 10 mins she came back and they were done. While I waited, I was offered refreshments.. I am absolutely blown away by the customer service. Thanks so much! you have earned a customer and will certainly refer anyone looking for jewelry or service. Thanks!

        First time buying a piece at the auction! I had an amazing experience and wish I could have bought more! The service was incredible thanks to Jacob Kodner and it was such a smooth process.
