About 8 months ago, I stumbled upon Vio Med Spas grand opening. Everyone was super kind and knowledgeable, I literally walked out of there with a membership and some new products. However, I didnt realize that when I signed up, not even a month or two later- Id be in Miami for work. Over the months, my credit kept building and I couldnt find the time to go utilize the services although I do travel between Palm Beach and Miami. Its really not a lot of time when there are lot of other plans. So, I made the decision to cancel my membership. I requested this via email and Jacquelin (spa manager) called me to chat. She was so warm and friendly. Not to mention, she was incredibly courteous and understanding. She helped cancel my membership, create a custom facial package with my credits at my discounted rate, extended my gift card credit, and set these to never expire. It was really refreshing, because its very rare to encounter managers who handle requests like this so professionally. The way she handled that would make me come back for drop-in visits and let everyone know to check them out, because its very telling of a companys operations and people. And I dont know about you, but I like to give my business to kind people who are also great at what they do. If youre good but rude, Ill find somewhere else. Its as simple as that. You wont go wrong coming here, this is a med spa ran exactly how a business should run.
