Anna Krishtul, MD

DR Krishtul is excellent. She is compassionate and really cares about her patients. The staff is very friendly and I have never had a problem with her staff. I highly recommend.

The doctor is knowledge but her staff is horrible. I called 3 separate times asking her medical assistant to please refill my face wash rx, as Dr Kristhul said I did not need to be seen for another 6 months. I call 3 months later asking for a refill on a sulfur face wash, they tell me its been refused and that I need to come in for another office visit. For a FACE WASH.. after the doctor said I did not need to be seen for 6 months because nothing had changed. They just want money!!!! Very disappointing and will deter everyone from going to this place.

Poor....I used her several years ago . She prescribed Picato which was a horrible experience and seems to cause skin cancer. I had none before I used it. I have had 3 since, only where it was used. Other than a big bill, even for a follow up visit for the infection caused by the Picato, I wasn't helped. I have been unable to even get any of my records, guess she is now with Mt. Sinai and they couldn't help when I called them. Disappointing.

Dr. Krishtul was extremely kind, thorough and professional. She explained things to me clearly and successfully treated my skin problem. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment and looked up address on internet and arrived 10 minutes early to find that her office hadnt been there in two years and I didnt realize this as last year was not going anywhere due to covid. Tried to call office and became 10 th in line fir pick up. When they finally picked up I was 5 minutes away from office and they refused to see me. Very disappointed as I have a history of Basel cell and squamous cell and the appointment was my yearly body check. The office offered me an appointment in three months. I was leaving in two days for the summer. BTW Im not Hilary Koyfman...shes my daughter. I could not correct this. Chris Rosenman
