Its been almost 2 years since my two kids, wife and myself have joined this academy. I couldnt be happier knowing that we all feel safer as a family and having the best time while doing it. Not only are we learning quality self defense in a state of the art facility but we get to do it as a whole family! To anyone who has kids and is looking for a family base academy I definitely recommend coming here. The professors and students at this location are amazing and thorough in detail and take time out to those who are just starting their journey!

This is a fantastic BJJ academy and I cannot say enough good things about the level of instruction, positive attitude of the instructors and students and environment as a whole. Myself and five of my kids have been training here for a year and absolutely love it. The kids classes are top notch and have a perfect balance of fun and challenge and the instruction is on point for the various age ranges. The adult classes are superb in that the instructors are able to clearly and concisely convey individual techniques taught in the class and tie them to the over arching principles of movement, positional and situational awareness. Skills taught are focused on efficiency and effectiveness gained by the instructors' own experiences, not flashy "impress your friends are parties" type fluff. I highly recommend for kids and adults.

Top notch instruction and a great environment to learn. I ended up stopping by this academy after moving and I knew from the first week this would be the place for me. Professor Ron, Matt, and Don are all excellent at demonstrating techniques in an easy to understand way. If you are looking for the total package of self defense and sport jiu jitsu the buck stops here. You will have plenty of mat space and everyone is more than willing to help you achieve your goals, whatever that may be.
