Matt was awesome and very flexible. He worked with our crazy schedule. Gave us an intense workout that that helped us not only get stronger but stay in great shape. Very knowledgeable about fighting and experienced in his practices.

Matt is the best! I feel so powerful and strong! He motivates you and makes sure you feel comfortable! Always comes with a good class! He always explains what you are about to do and why you are doing it! Ive done other classes with other places but Matt is by far the best!!

My kids are taking classes from Matt and are loving it! He is teaching both martial arts and skills that they will use throughout their lives, including how to communicate effectively with other. They are busy and moving for the entire class. I think their favorite parts so far are learning the bo staff and nunchucks.
