I Am a Concierge, I had to go out of my way to help out the owners in my Condominium due to a small issues getting the delivery to deliver the items, it was a little over whelming but I had a great experience with the front clerk Michelle, she was patient and easy to work with and helped out on getting this delivery scheduled at a convenient time for the costumer. Michelle knows how to provide service.

Great customer service. great products! Just purchased another Lifeform chair. Warranty is phenomenal and both companies are very helpful for any little thing that needs replacing. Ive had my executive office chair for almost 20 years and is still like new even though used daily.

Needed a new chair so just walked in and tried a few. Michele helped me pick out the best chair for my needs and it arrived to my house assembled in less than 48 hours. Super quick service, chair came in perfect condition. Thx guys.

His expertise in the X-Chair made sure we ordered the right chair for us. The chair was delivered to the store and Mitch assembled it for us for no charge. I bought Humanscale different world office chair from here. Product was high quality and was fully assembled for me to pick up which was super nice. The service from Michelle and Mitch was exceptional. I highly recommend this place for any of your furniture related needs.
