        This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are super clean. The front desk staff was wonderful and helpful for all the questions I had. Every time I walked in I was welcomed with a smile. The housekeepers are friendly as well. The breakfast was great also. They have pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage also with a bunch of other great options. I will definitely stay here again when I pass through and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area!!!!! Rooms: The rooms here are perfect

        The hotel itself is okay but they are THIEVES. They charged me $500 for a pet that I had in the room for 5 minutes while my friend arrived to a pet friendly room. They said my room wasn't pet friendly. They tried to charge my friend $1000 for leaving the bbq are dirty, which was inaccurate, he left it all clean. They wanted to charge $1000 per kid because they were playing outside. They are just a fraud. They will capitalize on anything to charge extra money. Please, don't stay here unless you are just going there to crash and leave the next morning. Hotel itself is okay. Nothing more than that . Rooms: They are clean.

        After checking in, the friendly front desk girl stated the pool was closed. I didn't go to my room at all, and said that I wish to go to another hotel as the pool is the reason I select where I stay. I relax by the pool after work and have a drink and a cigar. Anita Davis, the manager at this location, came out of her office and to the front desk. She said well emergencies happen, and you'll still be charged for the stay. REALLY? I chose this Quality Inn because on their website, I thought the pool area looked a little better than the Comfort Suites pool that I normally stay at just up the road. As a guest, I have no issues with a facility having emergencies. However, their emergencies are not their guests problem. This was my 1st time at this Quality Inn, and I shall not return solely based on the personal conduct of this manager and her lack of guest relation skills. That lady seriously needs some anger management classes, public skills training, or to get laid. I don't know which, possibly all three. My credit card company will reverse the charges upon my dispute. So I will get my money back. I just shouldn't have had to go through the hassle. Front desk personnel were polite. Very poor guest relations on the managers part. Sad....

      We can understand your frustration; unfortunately, we have zero tolerance for breaking policy with the hotel. When signing the registration and accepting our policy it is a contract that you sign and there are consequence if the contract is broken. If you would have disclosed you had a pet when you  were asked  by the front desk agent they would have informed you that the dog could not be in any non-pet friendly room or it would be a $500.00 fine and you could be kicked out of the hotel,  just as the policy states and when you initialed and signed the policy you would have read that  having a pet in a non-pet friendly room. Sneaking a pet in a room for even 5 seconds can still put another guest at risk for an allergic reaction. We have protocols that we have to take when a pet is in a room.  This is why we have pet friendly and non-pet friendly rooms and designated rooms on first floor only. The hotel did a curtesy by not charging you the full amount of the fine and not kicking you out. It is regrettable that we were unable to provide a grill area for your use, as we do not offer this amenity on-site for various reasons. We would like to clarify that the charges you mentioned with your other party incurred due to the extensive cleanup required after your gathering at our pool area were you set up a personal grill and other cooking equipment which is again we do not have a grill area at our hotel, Regrettably, your group of over 20 people caused significant disruption by spreading food around the pool, damaging property including umbrellas and pool furniture, and accessing restricted areas such as our storage unit. Furthermore, the incident led to the closure of the pool due to safety concerns, as foreign objects and food, were. The surrounding area was left in a disorderly state. The charges reflect the costs associated with restoring the pool area and cleaning to its original condition and ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests.
