Motel 6 Palm Bay

I'm 60 yrs old. Joined the Army at 17. As a veteran and civilian I've traveled Europe. Central America. South America. The Caribbean. Canada. 40 out of 50 states. This is the absolute Worst lack of customer service and common courtesy I have ever suffered at any hotel or restaurant. They checked me into a room with No pillow cases and only 1 set of towels for 2 guests. When I asked for the pillow cases and towels. I was accused of stealing them at first. Then the staff yelled at me and screamed at me to get out and slammed a door in my face. Also the buildings are in poor conditions compared to the misleading photos on the website. I'm lucky I got my refund when they kicked me out instead of doing their basic jobs. Don't ever go there unless you enjoy having the staff screaming and mistreating you. They believe the customer is always Wrong.

This is the worse motel I have stay in my life. The AC was not working called front desk the staff reported no other rooms available and no maintenance. The positive reviews are from people that reside at this hotel. Will never step foot in this place again and will educate people not to stay either. Not even spend 3 hours in this room. Do not believe the positive reviews like me.

Avoid this place like the plague. When I first got there the bed was made but they never change the sheets so I had to get them to change mu sheets because they left me with dirty sheets. It's also in a shady location one night somebody across the bay got arrested the next night I had the group of teenagers banging on my door at midnight. The TV was garbage screen was kind of busted so the picture was terrible overall not good. the staff was nice got me new sheets I just would not recommend staying here spend a little extra money and go to a nicer hotel.
