My company was contacted by Lighthouse Property Management in regards to yard drainage. I spoke with Chris Strahm about their problem. I told him over the phone I did not want to do business with him because he was rude. Next thing I know he bullied my company online through messaging. Then lies and leaves us our only bad review our company has ever had in three years. Ive dont over 170 yard drainage installations and never had one bad review. Lighthouse Property Management thinks this guy is fit to do business for them.

This is the worst Property Management company that I have ever experienced in my 25 years in Florida. I have owned many properties and have experience many different Property Management companies none are great but Lighthouse is the worst!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Receptionist transfers to voicemails and voicemails aren't returned. Receptionist cut me off and transferred me when I was trying to talk to her and figure out who I can actually speak with. I'm trying to speak to someone regarding my home account and have been trying to get in touch with someone for over 6 months. Voicemails left, emails returned don't even answer my questions. Who is managing this company? It has some of the worst customer service people I have ever experienced. Absolutely awful to have moved to this area and a management company is the one to really taint the experience of the neighborhood. I can't believe how stressful you have mad this for my family. RETURN PEOPLE'S CALLS AND BE WILLING TO HELP OTHERS.

Absolutely the worst property management company I've ever experienced. They have messed up our finances, they have absolutely no customer service experience nor do they care about the experience they give their customers. Recently we were supposed to have our annual meeting with an election of our board of directors for our community. Not only did they not send out the information on time but they put out the wrong information. We are now on our second attempt to do an annual meeting and they have done it again where they have not sent out the information on time so we've had to postpone the meeting again. They are the worst property management company and they've now been bought by a bigger property management company who wants to move all your money to Texas! Save yourselves the aggravation and get yourselves a company that cares and knows how to properly manage and assist a community.
