Website said the bank is open at 9 but the lobby does not open until 10. Had to wait an hour. Wells Fargo opens at 9. BOA banking hours are hard for working people

I got an ATM machine error two weeks ago. I didn't get my money back yet. They gave me " credit not actually money until 45 days to investigate and finishes my claim " Even if I have machine error pictures and error code receipts. It actually a lot of work to get my money back! add info: they took out my money without notice. After I claimed, I got credit. I have no idea how they could not find the error and just take it from my account. How to explain the ATM deposit record on my account? I will update more information later on how they figure it out.

If their tellers till is off they will remove money from your account even though it wasn't you. Worst bank ethics and customer service I've seen.
