Chase Bank

The staff provided quick and easy service. The teller was super friendly and dealt with printing 3 money orders in a row. i would have found it annoying but she didn't seem to and showed empathy saying she understood how regulations can be ridiculous sometimes.

I just bought a house and want to open a new account at Chase Bank in Florida. Wasted my time this morning going to Chase to open a new account. Although the initial reception from the bank felt very professional. But they reject you very gracefully. When they see your Asian face and ask a lot, it's like the immigration officer is checking you. If you don't show your Florida ID then leaving is your best option. I just want to say that your rejection is also your loss.

My family and I came to stay at the beach for a couple days. I woke up to my checking account being hacked. Called customer support with not a lot of help so went to this branch that was the only one open on a Saturday of memorial weekend. Joseph was amazing, got everything handled and put my mind at ease that everything was being taken care of so I could enjoy the weekend with my family!
