        Automated run around and when you manipulate it enough to get through they act like they can't hear you! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Response to owner! What more detail do you need? I stated what happened. This occurred all becouse I just wanted to ask a simple question. When I finally got through, which was almost impossible (literally), the woman on the other end stated four times, "customer, I can't hear you!". I understand that's possible, but after the automated call in line gives you the runaround that it does, I doubt it!
