I just opened a business account, so this isn't an in depth review yet, but I have to say that it was such a pleasure dealing with Vinny, who went above and beyond helping me understand everything and getting everything set up. A very genuine person with a great heart for helping. The world could use more people like him. Bonus with the business checking account having excellent services for a great price.

I was hoping that I found a bank that was on the ball but, they dropped it on me big time. After contacting the branch in Ormond Beach about doing a HELOC loan, in a first mortgage position and speaking to the branch manger/loan officer several times about the loan parameters, spending 4 hours going through the application in detail and gathering all the information they wanted, they then tell me the can't do the loan. She made up some excuses as why because, of the bank risk and the interest rates, blah blah blah, when in fact the reason why she could not do it, was something that I told her up front. That is, it was to be a first position loan, on a condo as a second home. Well they don't do that as I found out after speaking to another banker with the same bank. Go figure.........................
