At first we were hesitant to sign with JJs Waste and Recycling due to the bad reviews , however after a negotiated rate , we decided to try it out and have been very satisfied with their services . They are the best when it comes to our needs . They are very consistent and never fail to make sure were on the same page . Dont hesitate to get your dumpster services handled by JJs!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. There is absolutely nothing positive to say. They come and pick up whenever they want, but most times they dont. They threaten you with lawsuits and remind you constantly that there is nothing you can do about it. They laugh when you call for a pick-up, because their contract says missed pick-ups are not their responsibility. Just run now. You will thank me later.

Increased our rate by 50%, gave us a one time credit to help offset the cost, then turned around and charged us a late fee on the credit amount because we didn't "pay the invoice in full". Umm, hello, it was a credit and it was auto pay. Y'all messed up, not us. Stay far away from these guys.

Not consistently picking up trash and recyclables. They were really good about 6 months ago, but they've gradually declined in quality of service. Will be filing a complaint.
