Great service and professional, our house had a leak the plumber couldnt find and had us call Brett. He answered the phone and sent Tony out that day, saved me a lot and found exactly where the leak was so we had minimal invasive and less repairs. They also do plumbing so next time Im calling them first. Brett wont steal work from plumbers hes very honest. Services: Plumbing, Plumbing pipe repair

Orlando Leak Detection saved my Thanksgiving holiday!!! My kitchen sink was overflowing as well as leaking from somewhere underneath. Not the ideal situation with a house full of elderly and young people. I called and they had a guy here the same day. Very polite and professional, I would highly recommend.

It brings me no joy to write a negative review. I hired Orlando Leak Detection on March 4th to locate an 18 gal an hour leak. Turning off the main water line to my house and checking the meter I, an amateur, could easily deduce the leak was outside the home. Oddly enough, the first thing Tony did was enter my house and put dye in all of my toilets to redundantly rule out an indoor leak. However, I was thrilled when Tony told me he located the leak outside. He said the sprinkler valves I just had replaced were bad and the sprinklers were actually leaking all those gallons of water in my front yard (even though there were no signs of moisture, like moldy sprinkler heads or damp ground). I naively wrote a check relieved the leak was discovered even if it didn't really make sense. So I called the irrigation company to fix the presumably leaky valves. They were nice about it and came out same day and replaced my sprinkler valves and did not charge me. It did not fix the leak. Why did the irrigation company not charge me, you ask? Great question. Because theyve had several bad experiences with Orlando Leak Detection company in the past wrongfully pointing the finger at them and was willing to prove them wrong - for free. Major red flag. I called Bret letting him know the leak had not yet been detected and he sent Tony back out the next morning, Saturday March 5th. Tony could not locate the leak. He actually said it was OUCs fault, that maybe they installed the backflow cleanout incorrectly on my property and I should contact them. Blaming OUC? Odd. So I told Bret I was dissatisfied Saturday afternoon. Bret never apologized for misdiagnosing the leak and instead blamed me. Red flag. Tony called me Saturday night and left an angry voicemail. Double red flag. Bret said they couldnt locate the leak until I hired a real sprinkler company to come out and run valve locator technology to locate all of my sprinkler valves (assuming there were more). I asked why he didnt have that tech since it seemed essential to troubleshooting an outdoor leak and he couldnt give me a good reason. Red flag. When pressed on what sprinkler company he considered real he wouldnt refer me to any particular company. Red flag. Sensing I was being spun in circles, I rolled up my sleeves and spent Sunday troubleshooting - something Orlando Leak Detection never did. They never even looked at my sprinkler controller box to see that I only had two wires going to two valves and this silver bullet "sprinkler valve locator technology" wasn't even applicable in this situation. Red flag. On Monday morning I located the leaky fitting on the main water line myself. I immediately stopped payment on the check and blocked their phone numbers. I never want to hear from them again. Good luck and God bless Orlando Leak Detection.
