Plumber sent by Associated Piping told me Moen had sent me wrong cartridge for my shower; wanted to charge me $800 to tear up my tile wall and replace the shower valve.
I called Moen support and they said it was the right part, then they talked me through the installation; only took me about 5 minutes to install the new cartridge myself for free.
Be alert, dont get ripped off by shady plumbers!!!

The price was more than fair for the quality of work performed. I had new water heaters installed, kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, and shower trim installed. Mike was very upfront about how and where I can find discounted products prior to installation and what hiccups to look out for prior to moving forward so I could save money. I have done comparisons and my research and found they were honest from the get go. Omar treated my home like it was his home and even cleaned up afterward.
